Amit Puri
President & CEO
Mr. Puri currently serves as the President and CEO of Ingenicomm, where he is dedicated to growing the company with a focus on employee well-being while delivering superior technical solutions to its customers. He is a strategy-focused executive with strong management experience that includes systems engineering, program management, and business development in the field of satellite communications, and serves as the chief architect for Ingenicomm’s products and service offerings. Mr. Puri has a proven track record of consistently increasing market share by entering new markets; cultivating customer relationships, resulting in superior financial growth; and commercializing technology products. A strong leader, he is effective in directing change in a competitive market while maintaining the highest level of ethics.
Prior to Ingenicomm, Mr. Puri held several management positions at Avtec Systems and Integral Systems. His last position at Integral Systems was Director of Satellite Ground Solutions.
Mr. Puri has extensive experience in developing domestic and international strategic partnerships for commercial, military, and government aerospace programs, and proven success in conducting business in the American, European, Australian, African, and Asian markets. He specializes in the interpretation and instruction of the Consultative Committee of Space Data Systems (CCSDS) recommendations to standardize ground telemetry and space link extension. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute and holds Master and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degrees from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Kirill Lokshin
Principal Software Engineer
Mr. Lokshin currently serves as the Principal Software Engineer at Ingenicomm. He has a proven track record of designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions for satellite ground system products, and has developed and maintained software for digital signal processing, spacecraft telemetry, tracking, and command, telemetry processing and time-data correlation, space link and ground network operations, network monitoring and management, automated system control, and data archiving and retrieval.
Mr. Lokshin has extensive experience leading development efforts at all stages of the software life cycle, including architecture and design, implementation, integration, and deployment, and serves as the product manager for Ingenicomm’s Configurable Ground Systems (CGS) product family.
Prior to Ingenicomm, Mr. Lokshin was responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of mission-critical software for various digital and analog satellite ground systems at Avtec Systems and Integral Systems. Mr. Lokshin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from the University of Maryland.
Felix Tao
Principal Electro-Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Tao currently serves as the Principal Electro-Mechanical Engineer at Ingenicomm, where his responsibilities include the design and mechanical packaging of Ingenicomm’s system-level products. As Ingenicomm’s quality manager, Mr. Tao is responsible for all quality control, assurance and improvement within the company. He has developed and implemented a comprehensive range of quality and configuration management processes, and oversees quality control inspections of all delivered products.
Prior to joining Ingenicomm, Mr. Tao served in various systems engineering and system integration roles at Avtec Systems and Integral Systems. He has a strong knowledge of current technology trends as well as an adaptive problem-solving mentality for difficult requirements. His dedication to completing projects and ensuring that all customer requirements are met or exceeded have earned him much praise from customers and peers.
Mr. Tao graduated with Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems degree from DeVry University.
Bill Eckman
Senior Hardware Engineer
Mr. Eckman is a Senior Hardware Engineer with over 15 years of experience in ground systems design. His responsibilities at Ingenicomm include hardware architecture, design, and implementation, including PCB and advanced programmable logic design for the satellite ground system and satellite integration and test products. Mr. Eckman has developed and maintained hardware for digital front-end processors, modems, RF conversion devices, and TT&C systems.
Prior to joining Ingenicomm, Mr. Eckman worked as a hardware engineer at Avtec Systems and Integral Systems, where his responsibilities included circuit design, simulation, schematic capture, layout, VHDL programming for high speed serial and parallel interface PCIe, PCI, and cPCI systems. He was instrumental in building RF conversion devices and other custom interfaces for the satellite integration and testing community. Early in his career, Mr. Eckman held engineering positions with Allied Signal Technical Services Inc. at the NASA Tracking Station in Coopers Island, Bermuda
Rich Urban
Business Manager, Western United States
Mr. Urban currently serves as the Western United States Business Manager for Ingenicomm. Mr. Urban has over 35 years of business development and client management experience for a wide range of airborne and ground telemetry systems. In the last 20 years, Mr. Urban has been primarily involved with the architecture development and deployment of ground telemetry products for satellites and launch vehicles.
Prior to joining Ingenicomm, Mr. Urban held several business development positions at Microcom Corporation, Acromatics, Sypris Data Systems, and most recently Avtec Systems, where he was responsible for client management and business development for defense, civil, and commercial space customers in the Western United States. Mr. Urban has deployed systems for several high profile missions, including the International Space Station, the Hubble Space Telescope, and NASA’s Space Network and Deep Space Network.
Mr. Urban graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California-Northridge.
Gigi Trujillo
Business Operations Manager
Ms. Trujillo currently serves as the Business Operations Manager for Ingenicomm. Ms. Trujillo has strong finance, accounting and business operations experience, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, human resources and facility management. She has a proven track record of consistently optimizing business procedures resulting in superior financial growth, is strategy-focused with interpersonal skills, and effective in continuous interaction with senior management. Working closely with the President, Ms. Trujillo directs and facilitates a companywide approach to business processes consistent with Ingenicomm’s corporate vision and strategy. Ms. Trujillo plays a key role in the development and administration of HR policies and procedures, and oversees the day-to-day office management of Ingenicomm’s National Headquarters.
Prior to joining Ingenicomm, Ms. Trujillo held several administrative and business positions at Talino Technology, Avtec Systems, CACI and Wexford Group International, where she gained administrative management experience supporting clients in the defense and intelligence communities.
