Our quality management implements the policy, procedures, and processes of quality planning, quality assurance, and quality control, with continuous process improvement activities.

  • Quality Planning – identifying which quality standards are relevant to the project and determining how to satisfy them
  • Quality Assurance – applying the planned, systematic quality activities to ensure that the project meets all processes needed to meet requirements
  • Quality Control – monitoring specific project results to determine whether they comply with relevant quality standards and identifying ways to eliminate causes of unsatisfactory performance

Our quality philosophy includes prevention over inspection, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Our quality improvement is based on Shewhart and Deming’s Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle. We understand the cost of quality and will not compromise it. We bear the costs of continuous product improvement and defect prevention to mitigate any returns, warranty claims, or recall campaigns.
